THE LAB

FIVETHIRTY is a 35MM FILM LAB based in Auckland, NZ. Run by and for creatives, we are inspired by art, storytelling, and analogue practice. Processing film is our focus as we work to support local artists in developing their projects - both personal and professional.

SINGLE-FRAME P0ASCANNING INFO
We scan all our 35mm film using a Noritsu LS600, and 120 film using a Noritsu HS1800.

PROCESSING INFO
C41
We process our colour film using a Noritsu V50 roller transport machine, and Kodak C41 chemistry. 

Black & White
Processing is done by hand, via one of our experienced lab techs - using Kodak HC-110 developer. 

ECN2
Our ECN2 begins by hand to remove the remjet layer, and is finished using a Noritsu processing machine in Kodak ECN2 chemistry. 

E6
Our E6 film we outsource development, using a Dip & Dunk processor. 

Quality control:We process control strips twice a week to monitoring our colour chemistry.
